Grilled Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Yield: 4 servings



In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. Place chicken in large, shallow non-metal dish. Brush mixture on all chicken pieces, using all of mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least on hour.

Preheat grill. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving remaining marinade. Place chicken on grill and cook 30-40 minutes over medium heat, basting occasionally with marinade and turning 3 or 4 times. Discard any remaining marinade.
