Really creamy! Really Easy!
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
|1||package||(2 lbs.) frozen corn|
|1||package||(8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into 1-oz. pieces|
|1/2||cup||(1 stick) butter or margarine, sliced into smaller pieces|
Heat corn in large saucepan according to package directions; drain.
Add cream cheese and butter a few pieces at a time stirring to melt and blend. Serve hot.
