Easy Skillet Chicken

Yield: 4 servings



Beat egg in shallow bowl.

In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper and stir together.

Dip chicken in egg; then coat well with crumbs.

Spray large skillet with cooking spray and warm over medium heat until hot.

Add chicken; cook 2-3 minutes or until each side is browned.

In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, chili sauce, Dijon mustard and brown sugar; stir together. Pour over chicken in skillet.

Reduce heat to medium low; cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve chicken with sauce.
