Yield: 6-10 servings
|1||can||(16 oz.) barbecue baked beans|
|1||can||(12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits|
|1/2||cup||cheddar cheese, shredded|
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place one biscuit into each of 10 ungreased muffin cups. Spoon one tablespoon of beans into each biscuit cup. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden. Sprinkle each bean cup with cheese. Return to oven and heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Let cool slightly. Loosen edges of biscuits before removing from pan.
